Title: Varsities whitewater trials

Sorry for the late update on this but it's taken a while to agree as to the best way to run this. The trials for the varsities whitewater team will be held during the club river on Saturday the 24th of January, this will involve a flat water paddle, running sluice and catching some eddies, (this will all be made clear on the day). The times for the trials will not be the sole consideration for the eligibility for the team because there is also a boater X event at the varsities in which NO member of the whitewater team can enter, the committee will reserve the right to make the best tactical decision regarding the makeup of the team. If you cannot be present at the trial on the 24th please contact myself or another member of committee asap.

I wont be able to make it. If you just take a few seconds off the fastest time that should give you a fairly good estimate of my pace.
