Title: Proposed changes to the sluice

My reading of all the parts suggest this will increase flow, more eddies but may also change the wave probably make it more retentive to be honest.

Interesting point made on washing boats and gear. I know that there is legislation coming in about private boats on water the only thing holding up is the certification process.
