Title: Paddling - Dublin-ish this weekend?

Anyway, Jody reminds me...I've no boat (or deck or paddles)...and the club are in Lahinch...and Kerry is away (hmm...can I still swipe her spare gear?). But I wanna paddle!!! Not the Glenmacnass, I'd be creamed. But I'll cheer from the bank if you drag me down the Annamoe first.

PS I do have a car and roof rack to transport people though.

Was there a previous incarnation of this limp-wristed game that someone one day decided wasn't extreme enough and altered the game to make it more manly, tougher - more 'ultimate' in some way? I can't imagine how silly the non-ultimate version must have been. The mind boggles.

And Una, seriously, you can't go kayaking because you're 'training' to throw a plastic disc around a field?
