Odhrán McNally (the nicest of the McNally's 😜) as a part of his college course must coach a group/club in his own sport. He was talking to me and another guy about teaching a forward stroke clinic, say possibly in the pool on some Thursday for UCD. Odhrán has come 7th in the wildwater world's, so he knows a thing or two about paddling forward.
This will be for anyone who wants to up their forward stroke game. Ideally, anyone who can paddle in a straight line with no problems should be able to do this, and will benefit a lot from this. This will benefit getting onto the hole are clifden, getting the the ball at polo, LD at varsities and just generally making a ferryglide/done ww move.
Who's down?
(We'll try pick a Thursday that suits everyone)
