Title: Mitch
Post by: Asho87 on July 16, 2008, 18:52:55
Some of your will have known Mitch, he was a fresher last year and was diagnosed with cancer towards the end of his first year in UCD and the Canoe Club.

Just to let you know he passed away earlier this evening.

The funeral mass in loving memory of Eoin will take place in Clondalkin Church on Friday Morning at 11.

The family have asked that anyone from the club that may be attending wear their club hoodies.

Rest in Peace Mitch. You loved kayaking so much it's a shame you didn't get another chance to get in a boat. Will always remember the fresher table at our first CC ball. My heart goes out to you, your family and to Julie.

hey everyone,
just wanted to say thanks for coming to the funeral and for the support.
It meant alot to myself and the family that the club was represented by wearing the hoodies.
Thanks again,
