Me + Kyle are planning a trip to the canaries in august. It'll probably be either the 6th-13th or the 20th-27th! Anyone interested, let us know!

I went over there around a month ago and it was €320 for flights & accom. It will probably be more expensive in Aug though. Peegor and Julie seemed interested too, + tell anybody you know - The more the merrier. It's mostly just going to be a lazy lye by the pool + booze holiday.
P.S. Lambe, give me more of those fking stars under my nick. They looks cool!

Just checked and it's less than €425 for a week 20th-27th to Here (http://www.budgettravel.ie/preview/CALPB1/BS/), here (http://www.budgettravel.ie/preview/CALPC2/BS/) and here (http://www.budgettravel.ie/preview/CALP18/BS/). The last place (vista oasis) is where I went a few wks back. Nice enough but it's not too central... €3/5 taxi into town no probs though.
I don't really care where we go as long as it's warm. Anybody have any preferences?

Actually, sleeping in a hotel instead of a tent for 6 weeks does sound pretty nice.......

Fuertaventura has great surfing - we did a Scotland trip there years ago in December. It also has a good kitesurfing school - 'Fuerta ventura' is Spanish for 'strong wind.'

Sounds like most of my canoe club trips.
How about leaving it over till the first week of sep or whenever school goes back. I was in 2nd class last time i was there.

Amanda, when have you ever been on a canoe club trip with a pool? & the place in Enniscrone doesnt count cause you couldnt booze & lay by the pool at the same time ::) Oh & you said you'd call me the other day & you never did! I'm insulted! Text me youre home number & i'll call you! :P

Cathy-it would be more grammatically correct to say 'Kyle and I'. I know you're not an arts student and thus don't need to be a competent grammarian but there's no need for such blatant errors :P

We're going to try book this next Friday. So we need to know who's deffo in and willing to hand over the money Friday. We need to know by Tuesday night latest :)

Change the trip to Croatia & i might be in 8)
Also i gotta wait till next week to see how finances are so i cant commit to anything this week.

Croatia is good too though, it's VERY cheap once your over there.

1) its the 20-27th of august (around those dates)- ill hav just finished my thesis
2)its gran canaria- thinking of moving there next year and wanna check it out
