Title: Jog take 3

Starting this up again. Meet at normal pool entrance in gear at 8. Same as last year. 3/4 1.5km sprints around the pitches. Yes it sucks and yes your lungs will hate you and yes kayakers have chicken legs... But something something fitness, something something health.
