this saturday we are heading south again, wicklow baby. water willing we will be hitting the annamoe bridge section of the avonmore. this is a great bit of river with some really fun rapids and it is a great introduction to white water kayaking. if there isnt enough water we will probably go down to jacksons falls in laragh which will be savage too. so be sure to set your alarm clocks to get out of bed early, you wont want to sleep through this one.

If anyone has to head out west this weekend, check out the sea.
It's predicted that there'll be 13m high waves crashing all along the West coast on Saturday afternoon due to a massive low pressure stretching all the way across the Atlantic.

so there you have it. the last club trip before Kerry and the last Saturday trip of 2007. thanks to all who came out i dont know about you guys but i had a great day, despite my little under water adventures. i just want to say well done to all the freshers that were out last saturday, ye all paddled like heroes. well done and i hope to see ye all in messrs on thursday for fun and frolics santa. ;)
