Hey guys and gals!
Time for another fantastically fun river trip this weekend, to a mystery location! After the rain yesterday it should be a super adventure! I can feel your excitement already :)
As always we shall be meeting at the boathouse (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&ll=53.310341,-6.232713&spn=0.000921,0.002269&t=h&z=19&msid=108823805635426101819.000474f075743b1e6f591&iwloc=000474f09eb455ba635f6) at 10am this Saturday, try be there on time to pick all the nice gear and get yourself a good boat :D
Old shoes, any thermals and other warm clothes you have would be great for staying warm on the river, for more info read Maryanne's lovely post HERE (http://forum.ucdcanoeclub.com/index.php/topic,10222.msg87816.html#msg87816).
A towel and warm change of clothes for afterwards would also come in handy!
Try sign up by thursday so we have a rough estimate of how many people will be coming along!
Also, don't forget to come along to the pool session this Thursday from 7-8pm, meeting at the gates of Trinity before 6.30. And of course our lovely weekly pub session afterwards is always great fun :)
Also if you have an hour to spare on Monday and Tuesdays from 1-2 feel free to come along to the lunches every week for biscuits and banter!
WE'VE DECIDED YOU'RE ALL SO AWESOME THAT WE'RE HITTING UP THE CLARA VALE SECTION (WICKLOW) THIS WEEKEND!! THIS IS GONNA BE GRRRREAT!! afro.gif
