Hey everyone!Firstly I just want to say a big
well done to everyone who came down to wicklow (a whole
month earlier than we'd planned, great job guys!) and thanks to everyone that showed up, the craic was mighty!
Now for
this weekend we shall be running the
Liffey! We will be doing some training for
level 2 assessments over the next couple of weeks so you should all definitely come along and try make it to the
pool sessions on Thursdays!
Please sign up before Thursday so we have a guestimate on how many people will be coming along :)
As it is getting to the colder months of the year it can get
pretty darn cold out on the rivers, so it is
important to bring thermals, fleeces, any old clothes that are
not cotton to wear under your wetsuit, and old shoes or booties to stop your toes from freezing!
A nice warm change of clothes for when you are off the river is also very advisable!

As always for the pool sessions we meet before 6.30pm at the gates of Trinity followed by a slight detour to the drinking alley on the way to MacTurcaills, if you haven't been along with us before this would be the perfect opportunity to meet everyone, learn the basics for the river and have a great night out!
As always lunches at the board every
Monday and Tuesday at 1pm, just follow the green line on the floor until you get to the yellow statue and avail of our wonderful company (and occasional free biscuits)!
