Title: Water Levels in wicklow?
Post by: Kat on March 01, 2012, 12:47:16
Looking for advise on water levels in wicklow over the coming weekend.  There's a gang of us from galway heading up sat.  I know the boatercross has been cancelled due to lack of water, but has anybody been out on the lower stretches or alternatively boyne etc lately?

Hey Kat,

I think Wicklow is pretty bone dry at the minute, haven't seen it myself, but the club trip last week was held on a bout the lowest level possible to run Jacksons (rocks everywhere) and there hase been no rain since.

You could check with John Nally about the Boyne maybe, if no one here knows. If you text me I can give you his number, mine's O87 |345|8|.

Hope you find somewhere!

Things don't happen too quickly on the Boyne, it's not likely have dropped much.
