Title: Last L3 training option before assessments
Post by: Maryanne on April 02, 2012, 21:00:29
Attention L3 assessment candidates!

Last week's assessments were a success all round but some of the feedback we got has inspired an evening L3 training focused on addressing the areas deemed to be the weakest last week.

- draw stroke
- hanging draw
- sculling draw
- high braces
- x-rescues
- edging

This will be led by Niall (Bouchier) who has very kindly come up with the whole idea. He needs to know which fay it'll be asap, so the deadline for signing up is 09:00 Tuesday

Priority goes to those looking to do L3 assessments this Saturday (sign up for that here (http://forum.ucdcanoeclub.com/index.php/topic,10560.0.html)).
Post up here if you're interested in the extra training (it is recommended that you all be interested) and select a day above (or both if you're free both days).

Hello!

So it looks like friday is the day when most people want to do this.
More to follow.

If you're doing the assessment on Saturday and you can't make friday, or you especially wanted to do do it today or tomorrow, or even if you just want a nice chat then give me a buzz on "oh-hate-sax-tree-floor-oh-slevin-oh-floor-sax"
