I-Canoe are organising a Jackson boat demoing event this Sunday from 12:00-17:00 at Sluice.
There will be a full range of boats available (play boats, creekers, duos...) (http://jacksonkayak.com/jk-kayaks/whitewater/)
Participation is free!
There will be open demoing sessions above sluice and coached demoing on/below it.

A solid roll would be beneficial, but not essential.
You'd need to bring your own gear.
There'll be a fun rodeo (competition on sluice where you get points for doing funny/silly things)
and a big boat rodeo (same as above, only you're in a creeker...or even a duo...)

I am buying my first creek boat soon, and absolutely desperate to try out the Villain S. Anyone tested it? Any opinions? I've heard some fantastic reviews.
We are, but this starts at noon.
There were plans that we would start the meeting in the afternoon, that way I could be there early and then get home, and Niall could get there late when he gets back from England. I'd rather go to this though!

I really, really, really want the Villain S. And I think trying it out first might be an idea :P
