Title: Thursday paddling
Post by: kmck on June 12, 2012, 20:33:59
I want to go from buckies to the meetings, this is a long stretch and a long shuttle but it should be big and bouncy all the way down. Thinking meet at buckies at 12.

We were on the Annamoe on Monday, it was low but nice enough but I'd say it's very low by now. Met says some rain today but a good bit on Friday so this might work better on Saturday.

I can't go either way, exams next week.

Caprani and myself had a quick venture down the annamoe last night. While it wasnt at the skateboard level it wasnt far off. Unless theres a load of rain I wouldnt be overly confident it would be a big and bouncy run!

The Dargle was dog low - below the blocks, foundation in view.

And, the Upper Liffey was skateboardable! needed about a foot to be runnable . . . .

Change of plans to when every Kyle is free, so if you are down wicklow way text use before you leave dublin it's only an hour away for me ish depends on if you get stuck behind someone whose idea of driving down a hill is to wear out their breaks
