Hey Hey Guys !
So we've only 2 river trips left this Semester ! :( :( But we're going to have an absolute whopper time on them !
So this week we're asking you to put up at least one thing you want to learn or improve on, be it a certain type of stroke or boat control !
We'll be meeting at the same bat time, same bat place (10 o'clock the boathouse !). Don't forget your 10 euro or your thermals - it's starting to get a bit nippy out there. We're waiting to see what the weather will be doing until we decide where we're going !
Also if you can sign up before Thursday, so we know numbers ! See y'all then ! afro.gif afro.gif ;D ;D

Umm, Fuck Yeah!
Grudge match with my sinuses in progress, I plan to emerge victorious in time for Saturday!
Goals
1 consciously trunk rotate as much of the time as possible
2 sprint for long enough to get out of breath at least 3 times
3 paddle on edge for extended periods of time
...also outfit the boat I'm demoing so that it's snug, then go fly again!
I'm in! ^-^
count me in
Yup, id like to learn how to do the sculling draw please.
Ye I'm in :) I'm interested in learning something to stop you capsizing when you're already half way there...I know a good hard stroke and PLF work...sculling draw seems cool too :)
definitely in if the level 4 thing isnt on :P I need to learn how to forward paddling someone told me its kinda of important haa :o
In if l4 isn't on!
Hmmmm....so turns out voting is on Saturday and so is the Ireland vs South Africa match at 5pm...I'm now unsure... :'(

Once again I cannot go due to the fact I've to look at rocks all day ! Wuppeeeeee !

Dont forgot your warmies: fleeces/and light thermals for under your wetsuit, fleece hats and swimming hats, nibbles and a flask for on the river.
Peace out homies!
WARM WARM WARM WARM WARM WARM WARM
Seriously guys remember to bring all the fleeces! Some of ye learned that a rash vest under a wetsuit didn't quite cut it last week. Pile on the fleeces! Make sure its all synthetic.
BE WARM!
Wait,ha ,i signed up to the wrong week......can i sign up for this week please!?
If there's still space...sign me up!
I would love to go, I will be travelling from Home tomorrow so i will meet ye at Stack or wherever tomorrow. I will ring someone in morning to make sure a boat gets on
