Good Morning Vietnam Canoe Club !
This Saturday we will once again be getting in a bitta training in for the Varsities ! Awooooooo
The plan will be to meet up at the Boathouse at 10 as usual, where we will all get out fitted in the boats that each of us are likely to be using during the competition ! Get down on time this week guys because it could take a while to get everyone sorted !
We'll then be heading off to a canal to get flat water training and fitness done - with appearances form International K1 paddler(s) there'll be some great coaching available too !
See you all then ! Woop Woop !

We're going to a different section this week - also you'll need to go to the boathouse in order to get a boat that has been outfitted for yourself

Hey guys just wondering if there's a free space at all. Thanks
Just back from Strawberry Beds, we have three wavehoppers for tomorrow!
I'm going to try one out, Helena's going for round two in another and the third will be available for trying out too.
Here are the photos from Saturday. Ordinarily I would time into editing and altering photos before posting them on line. Didn't bother with this album, way too busy with college this week.
