Who would be interested in doing a river safety and rescue course over the midterm?
There are three types of RSR course: RSR1, RSR2 and RSR3
Here's what Canoeing Ireland's page says about them:

Of what's available there I would prefer a RSR3.
To do an RSR1, you need to have L2 skills.
To do an RSR2, you need to have L3 skills.
To do an RSR3, you need to have L4 skills.
To do a L2 Instructor assessment you need to have done at least an RSR2.
To do a L4 skills assessment you need to have done at least an RSR2.
To do a L5 skills training course you need to have done at least an RSR3.
I'm not sure how many people you need to run an RSR...

id be interested in doing the course.. would depend when it would go ahead, have a few things over midterm going on

Depending on cost and when it would be on I'd possibly be interested. No idea between RSR 1 and RSR 2 :P

Likewise depending on course fee and timing I'd be interested in the RSR2. However I may have to leave it for a while until I get the L3!
I'd be provisionally interested in RSR3 too...if even to just get back out on the water learning :)
I'm pretty sure I've already done the RSR3 but if it's not too expensive I'd be up for a refresher.
I'll need to wait until I get a lv3 to do RSR2 or if RSR1 runs before that I'll do that.
Canoeing Ireland were supposed to run an RSR2 this weekend, but it got cancelled, so I'm going to ask if they can run an RSR3 for us instead.

So:
RSR3 would be Saturday and Sunday, 09:00-15:00/16:00 both days and would cost €150 each (four spots)
RSR2 would be just Saturday, 09:00-15:00/16:00 and would cost €70 each (six spots)
