Ayyup guys !

So this Weekend we are planning some really good coaching and training in preparation for next Week's planned Assessments.

I would really appreciate an early sign-up for this one guys, to allow for planning and groups sizes etc.

The river trip will be to the Liffey as it is a great training ground with all the right bits you need in order to get the most out of a river.

Post-up below if youre interested in heading along ! Usual craic of meeting at Boathouse at 10 etc. and don't be forgetting you thermals !

Won't be able to make it on the weekend guys sorry. I don't mind if this rules me out of the assessment next week (although I am still planning on doing that trip and assessment if possible). Enjoy though and I'll see ye around!
