As the cold weather sets in, extra thermals make paddling all the more comfortable. Aldi are doing ski wear on Thursday, if you are in the market for cheapish thermals head in https://www.aldi.ie/en/specialbuys/thursday-4-december/ (https://www.aldi.ie/en/specialbuys/thursday-4-december/)experience says they will run out quickly

Agreed, they also have some cycling thermals going for next to nothing in the clearance section, you might like to think about them too!
