Title: Constitutional Ammendments

The deadline for constitutional amendments is Sunday the 1st of April as all proposed changes have to be posted in the agenda 10 days prior to the AGM.

Hey all! Just a quick note that an amendment of this nature would generally require a drafted article of what would be going into the constitution.

(https://forum.ucdcanoeclub.com/index.php/topic,13273.0.html is a good example of a recent change if anyone wants guidance on what format to use).

Absolutely no issues with the proposal btw! Just think we will need a full proposal for it to be voted on at the AGM.

Enshrine the Disco Paddler as the official symbol of the UCD Canoe Club.

Propose a new section to be added after section 1:
Section name:
Section 2: Symbol

Proposed new section description:
Quote:
“The official symbol of the club is the Disco Paddler.”
