screw u dave that means a third of u swam!! and sure we're all but between swims! swiming should not be an issue its who's goina rescue ya that counts, I just hope for your sake that you don't swim when paddlin with me
-
Hence the reason i have to suck up to a lot of asses in this club!god knows who i'll swim next to but if i say that i'd love to have a body part of theirs they'll probably rescue me. Well that's my strategy anyway!
-
Less crap about swims. A guy has offered me a h3 that has seen 4 Weeks use, among other things. in norway for 800 bills. What do people think?
-
which size one is it cos theres a pretty big difference between the biggest and smallest
-
hey dave,
there's a fair few H3's floating around at the mo, with plenbty of satisfied owners. They're a really good boat.
I've got a 245 at home and am paddling a 255 out here (yeah, yeah, yeah, fat bastard and all that) and i love the boat.
The 255 wqould be way too big for what you need. 245 could be a good size for ya. Might be a squeeze in the 235. Check out the pyranha website for details on the weight ranges on the different sizes.
800 sounds like a good price if it's in good nick. It may only have 4 weeks use, but they could be 4 pretty intensive weeks, especially in norway
-
Thanks john, It's the 245. I think that it's had more than just the 4 weeks in norway. They are on top of normal use. I looked at the website and I think that I'm in the middle of the weight range of the 245. I also notice taht the boat house is fairly filling up wiyh broken pyranah creek boats. Is the plastic as bad as every one says?
-
Nah. Just the paddlers.
-
Nah. Just the paddlers.
yeah Simon, Tom, Lorcan and the 4 M3 owners i met in Scotland are all crap paddlers cos they all broke their boats!!!!! (ok the one M3 owner i saw paddle WAS crap but boats shouldnt fold up on contact with water "crumple zone" or not)
i personally wouldnt touch a pyrhana boat with a 20ft clown pole cos of the way i've seen some of them fall apart
-

I've heard a lot of bad things saids about pyranha plastic, but i've never had any problems with it and have owned a fair number of pyranha by now.
