The week after Caomhie's and Meabh's trial there will be a presentation given by Simon Westgarth on paddeling technique.
Simon is a pro paddler for Dagger and runs in Gene 17 productions. He also pretty much invented playboating.
The date is monday the 6th of nov and be in the blue room in the student centre by 7.30.
this will be a fantastic talk for paddles of any ability level so come along. We'll be charging €3 at the door but there may be a few beers in it too.

There 'may be a few beers'....why 'may be..'?
-
why "a few"?
-
why "beers"?
oh wait... never mind.

wicked!!!!
i met this gentleman in Norway, and with out a shadow of a doubt, he's the best paddler i have even seen, or even imaged . . . . he's hardcore (norwegian style :o), and amazing a breaking shit down and teaching.
might consider blazing up from cork to see this one.
Good work committee types for nailing this one down!!!
