Hey folks,

Bit of carnage over the weekend there. Unfortunately one of the victims was our much loved Topo Duo. R.I.P. :'(

Anyway, basically we want a new one, because they're brilliant.

If we want to get one we'll have to buy it this year or the club won't know if it can afford to buy one again until the end of next year.

So, if you owe the club any money - please pay us as soon as you can! We do have the guts of what we need to buy the duo, but only after we have recouped all of the expenses for the hoodies.

Hey Mark
As this is a once off purchase. Might the club think about organising a days bag packing in a local supermarket. I know the likes of the Diving club have done this in the past to great effect.

Wat happened to it?........... How about a sponsered paddle around the lake at O' Reilly Hall or something like that?? Gt people to collect on the lake side too.

I can't even begin to imagine the nightmare that would be chaseboating ducks below jackson's.

Fine I'll buy a hoodie then ,mine shall say 'subtle and vaguely attrative' on the front beneath a golden discopaddler on the left breast at no more than a 3 inch height by 1.5inch width on a lime green jumper with an american flag hood, on the rear it shall be the creekboating graphic with every third word in silver and the second vowel of each of those words in pink. There shall also be a speaker cleverly installed in the left sleeve with the a-team theme on play at all times.

Keep in mind I'm doing my bit for the club :)

the bag packing is a good idea but if people stump up the money they owe us we will be able to afford it.

Clearly people should stump up for their hoodies straight away, but if the club ran some fundraising activites like bag packing, sponsored race etc, just think of all the other gear you guys could buy. You need to think of the bigger picture!!
