Any of you girls should go along to this if you can. Also, Rosie Cripps will be there - your paddling will probably improve just by being in the same room as her.

This is really good News.

Because Girls shop at different speeds to boys, that is to say slower.

It's a bit like learning how to playboat for some of them..

well put pia...lets not forget the multiple blade breakages....and dont even try and blame the paddles dave, no truly dedicated paddler blames their equipment ;-)

i couldnt even imagine what its like to break your equipment....

Ah breaking gear..its not so bad.. remember- a set-back is only a set up for a come-back!

ie- breaking paddles on a huge rapid.....but still not swimming... but breaking boats is just plain stupid.
