I need everybody to check that their name is as it appears on their student card and I need you to pm me (or post up if you want) your student number and date of birth. If you have any existing medical conditions that we should know about let me know as well. Everybody needs to have valid ICU membership. If you have it with the club already you'll need to renew it. The club will pay for all competitors membership. If you are getting membership we also need your address.
