-
I'd be up for doing it on the Monday if there's room but I don't know if I should with my arm!!
-
I won't mind doing monsay either if people are heading out
-
Leighton. Don't let the arm get in the way...look at Sara she's still a strong paddler. She never gives up and I think her arm has spent more time out of the socket now than it has in it! All I'm sayin is, get good now while you have the time. I made that mistake.

Leighton have you had your arm checked by a doctor? Have you then been given instructions on recovery time and a practical plan for returning to the sport. I haven't heard the full story of your injury, did you dislocate or only strain the muscle? If you haven't been to a doctor go and then plan your paddling recovery.

It defiantly popped out and back in but I went to the doctor three days after and he said it was grand. It was a partial dislocation so it wasn't too bad, I have full movement and a little pain at a certain angle when I move my arm.

My advice is to get into a physio and build back up the muscle. Running white water would not be a good idea as you are more likely to put pressure on a weakened joint. Get some professional advice and help
