Title: Saturday October 3rd First River Trip!!!

We're going to Lucan Weir (its like a big slide) for the day.
 
Bring the same gear as Dun Laoghaire (plus E10 to cover the bus).
 
DIFFERENCE: we are meeting at our boathouse in ucd @ 10am (directions on the home page of the website when your not signed in). From there we will be getting a bus to the river. If you're still unsure where exactly the boathouse is after looking on the website you can always ring one of the committee and we'll be able to direct you.

I could have sworn I typed out something different but there ya go.

Oh and you shouldn't be shying away from mentioning Weil's Disease, if it wasn't for people stressing the importance of telling your doctor about it if you are feeling fluish, I wouldn't have been tested for it as early as I was and I could still be in hospital. (thanks to all those people by the way, even though I've forgotten who all of them were) It's on the side menu of the bloody website after all.

I am a UCD staff member. My friend went out to Dun laoghaire with ye last weekend and has persuaded me to join up! How much is it and can I come along on Saturday still?

Oh, cos the boathouse map isn't working, if you want to find it check ucd canoe club boathouse on google maps and click satalite image, it's kinda helpful, kinda.

And, things like tights and fleeces are great to bring to wear under wetsuits!
