Yes you can do it in a play boat, just don't fuck up. It's about ten minutes by car from lahinch I'm sure you could get a car of people there. Yes it's brillant for photos as well. Just watch out at certain levels what look like waves actually have holes behind them.

i'd love to do them.... no one picked up on me asking to run a river in a playboat..? considering that i'd be shot for trying to get a burn on the trailer to lahinch it would have to be a playboat...

jer i've still shotgunned the gforce 6.3!

You can fit in the 6.1 though. It ain't comfortable but that's playboting.

I'll be driving down as it happens, after polo on Friday...
Hmm...when would you be thinking of fitting it in? Sunday?
And we can fit 30 boats on the trailer, even if one's a burn...and one's a H3...
This might work...unless there'd be difficulties on Sunday/Saturday without us

The GT's are good for surfing and running a river! I'd be up for it!

If this would be a possibility, I'd be well up for it.

See that kids? Ali's so hardcore she doesn't need a helmet, buoyancy or any paddling gear to run the shit!

Nice 8)

i'b bring a creeker between you'se if you want to do it. the drops are shallow and i doubt they'll have much water on them (fingers crossed for rain)

Playboats can be unforgiving on the ankles.

Real paddlers don't have ankles.

Surf is going to be grand rather than great, could probably get the falls and the surf on the same day if we've a car. But not much rain predicted.
