The female kayaking sessions will just be 1 day events. The aim of these sessions is to encourage more females to get into kayaing. The sessions run last year were a great success hopefully we can continue this success. Session 1Freestyle session on the Liffey 25th NovemberWe will have some of the best female freestyle kayakers in the country teaching this session. It will start at Wrens next where everyone will get a chance to learn the basics.
