I'm really interested in going but would I have to kayak as I amn't feeling well atm and don't want to get too cold but at the same time I don't want to miss out on the great weekend :)

Aoife whatis't, you wont have to go in the water,
the plan is to not go kayaking on sunday
and to go kayak surfing on saturday, but you can just fuck about on the beech instead.

"Cheer up Brian, you know what they say.
Some thing in life are bad,
they can really make you mad,
other things just make you swear and curse.
When your chewing on lifes' grizzle
Don't grumble, give a whistle,
and things will turn out for the best....."
