Check out the desciption of the event on www.kayakintervarsities.com. The event has been design by olli and Kate and is very different this year.

Firstly there are two levels Expert and Sport. The people who compete will have to do a freestyle down the rapid event first.. this will separate the two categories.. then it will be purely a sluice event.

Best practice some moves.
