I've been to Cardiff and it's quite great. Pretty much brand new facilities (Heated floors in the Showers! & an escalator belt that brings you from the harbour to the top of the course without the need to leave your boat)...
If I recall correctly, it was £5/10 for a bib and the bib gives you the right to use the course as often as you would like for a day...

So what you're saying is that you could have a 6pack in your boat, run the course six times and have a chilled out beer while being brought back to the top?? sweeeet

If the dates are good, I'll more than likely head too

it sounds to good to be true...

Really looking forward to it - also if there's decent water while we're over there's quite a few rivers in wales..  8)

Sounds like a good date to me. Mid-August us the time-period I like too. Anyone else have thoughts on the timing, and for how long? Weekend, extended weekend or week?

Unfortunately it's been the falling from the sky variety as opposed to the running in the rivers variety.

I'm definitely interested in this. Once people pick dates I can take time off work for it.
