Great to see all the interest, especially from our Freshers. Don't be too worried about putting your name forward for it. You've all been practising these skills in the pool and on river trips. If ye've any questions about any of the skills, don't hesitate to ask any of the older members, we love to help :)

What-up home-slices,

If people want some pre-assessment prep then I'll be at the pool tonight and will try and make it there next week.

I'm not a L3 instructor but am very familiar with the material on the syllabus and am happy teaching it all ( although I'm only a L2, I teach most of the L3 syllabus to people doing l2s so that the L3 isn't such a big step and people get a better handle on developing the skillz).
I've also logged a few L3 assessments and am familiar with what different types of assessors are looking for.

Y'know, if you like. If not; sound.

see yis lateraz.

Hey Niall,

Thanks very much for offering your time to coach some of the guys!

Anyone who sees this before the pool tonight, I would really recommend you pop along and make an appointment with Niall at some point in the night. He taught me a lot of the stuff I know!

It's good to get a run through of everything on the assessment while you still have time to practice and master the skills!

Peace...
