Could anyone help me out on how well dodgy shoulder blades and kayaking trips work out? Would I be wise to pull out, but miss the banter?

How dodgy is dodgy, normal river paddling should not put huge strain on shoulders, surfing on the other hand or harder grade rivers might.

Well the action of pulling something towards me is painful. most other shoulder movements are fine. also cant look left (yes its weird).

Although by the end of the week it could be ok . . .
