Hopefully the level will be a little higher.

Alex, the individual is heats of 3-5 people paddling the course in direct competition (no time, just first person down). I wouldn't be surprised if Peter puts a 'minimum level 3 standard' cap on this but I'm sure he'll let us know 😊

Given the shortage of oldies the oldie rule is being relaxed a little. You can be an oldie if this year is your 5th (or more ) year of college. So if you've taken the scenic route through college but not yet graduated you can still count as an oldie.

Any non-racer volunteers to help with the race, probably need two. One for timing and one for recoding results.

Does anyone need a particularly fresh fresher?
Though based on Peter's most recent definition I can also apparently be an oldie......
(I can barely kayak straight, that option is strongly not recommended)

If it helps I'm a college type who can barely kayak in a straight line too. All you need is a one more who can't either and it would be a matching set
