Also - UCD sport won't cover us insurance wise for foreign trips at all, so I don't think anyone UCD related would cover the vehicles.

On the Alps - I would hope to have a car and drive out for 10/11 days. Slovenia or France would be the plan, for a first-time Alps trip for some. However, no idea yet, and exam timetables don't come out for another month, so won't know for a while.

Buy a van some are available for around €2000 if you've eight people that's €250 a person then insurance tax etc. but you can then sell it after the trip

Probably planning on heading to Austria after myself and have a car in mind. But thanks! If anyone else wants to jump on that.

Now that the exam timetable is out, when can people go?

I've only one exam and it's on the second last day of exams, Friday 20th (Motherfuckers :/ ) so I could go any time after that.

I could also go before that from 29 April for two weeks.

I finish on the 19th at 11:00. Plan on setting off that night or on the 20th, preferably. Ideally will be returning to Ireland from the 1st of June until the 3rd or 4th and then staying in France until I feel like heading to Austria (possibly around the 8th).
