That's the great thing with a Dictatorship Derv, what you personally believe doesn't matter a whole lot  :D. Simon and Greg are College type paddlers, you will have to find a Fresher Type I'm afraid.
Reasoning: Both own their own gear and are regularly paddling on Private trips and also have been paddling more than the allotted time

Greg actually hasnt been paddling past the allocated time. He's just been in the club longer than that  :P
