Sorry to hear about the shoulder, life sucks!!

But how much are you selling the working shoulder for? I'd like to have a replacement, in case i lose my own!

Ok OK OK,  gotta get what i need not what i want! starters, cag would be great, PDf, helmet, and dry bag! forget everything else, you can email me at breathnach.oisin@gmail.com with time and place that suits you for meetin up!
If i ask you to bring anything else after this post ignore it completely, it's just me wanting to impulse buy!!!
