UCPL Finals 30/3/12

This is important. Make sure you read all details carefully.
Some details have changed since last discussed.

The team as it stands is: Diarmuid, Cormac, Niall, Evan, Garbhan, Helena, Dave (Maybe), Jean (If you decide not to go home...)

Firstly: The venue has been moved from the Cabra pool to the Canal in Phibsboro.
Map to Venue. This is about a 20min walk from Cabra but it is also served by the 46a route.

Secondly: Remember, Canal, so Cags are advised. This brings me neatly to drivers. Diarmuid/Helena/Evan/Garbhan - Are any of ye driving? Do any of ye have roofracks? Can ye bring gear?

Thirdly: Attached to this message below is the timetable for Saturday. ONLY the Mixed UCD team is playing. This means the first game is at 10.30am. But we must be there around 10.00 at the latest for registration. Assuming we get to the final, we will finish at 17.00.

Fourthly: For all those who take part, there will be a soirée in the Porterhouse at the bottom of Grafton Street later on Saturday night 8pm approx . Think of it as the Varsities party only with polo peeps

ill drive, no roof rack though, unless you get soft racks between this and then.... the gear fits in the car with 4 other people (just about) so thats that much sorted....

and 4 car spaces! bag em while theyr hot!

Haha, right. Well the reason I ask is that we need to transport 5/6 boats from the pool in cabra to the canal and back again later. Its not far between the venues but to walk it would take ages.

Helena, if we throw down a couple of towels we could strap the boats around the roof??? Would you be cool with that?

haha right fair enough as long as they dont fly off twill be grand!

(thatll take a few trips though so what time would we need to be heading over like? i can pick up all the gear and people from the boathouse early enough like...)
