Awwooooooooo !

Wilkommen back to world of Saturday trips after the break and magnificence that was Kerry !

This Saturday we'll be heading out the CI Centre on the Strawberry Beds near the get-out for our usual Liffey Trips ! We'll be getting a bit of coaching on paddle technique for Varsities !

We'll be meeting at the Boathouse at 10 as usual, and then heading from there. There'll be no bus going so we'll need any drivers out there to come if they can and especially drivers with roof racks !

Price of the trip is undecided and you'll be told coser to the time. Also it'll most likely be a bit cold so don't forget all those wonderful thermals that you got for Christmas !

Post up questions if'n you're unsure of anything !

We've arranged to have multiple wavehoppers at the centre for us, no no dibsing required :)

It won't be as long a session as a normal river trip since we'll be working harder physically and wouldn't last for 3-4 hours.
If we finish at 15:00 or 15:30ish we'll be able to use the centre showers, so that's what we'd be aiming for.
Flow permitting, we'll be based at the same spot the whole time, so you could leave early if you needed.

Steven Mul
