Aim to be on the road for 2/3 and then catch the tide for 6 on Friday, Saturday both tides and then morning tide on Sunday on the road for around 1

Hmmm I guess I could take the bus back on Saturday afternoon... I'll be wrecked after 2 sessions anyway :)
