I'm game! Rog, I'm nearly 100% it'll be a section below Jacksons, if thats any help, I'd be up for quick blast from trooperstown down if levels permit!

Sounds good!

Levels update: 0.9 m at Guinness bridge, that's enough to run Trooperstown down, there are showers etc due all week I'd say it'll be a runner on Saturday.

Cool! We'll still run club section of the river (Buckys to Clara Vale) but any level 3 who wants to can abandon ship at Trooperstown and meet the group at the bridge :)

Never on club trips, not 100% why to be honest. Could be an idea for this weekend though depending on the levels and who has signed up?

You technically have to have level 4 instructors to be allowed put people and gear on that section on a club trip and we no longer have L4 instructors who'll do that for us for €50, or not often when the water is there.

not 100% why to be honest.

Is that stretch (apart from Guinesses) not classed as grade II? Though I think you're right, we probably only did that stretch when we had a L4 instructor.
