ok guys, the weekend is almost here, if you havn't paid pay soon, you won't be going unless you pay, meet at the boathouse at 9 on saturday morning, this way we can get out before the club and get a full day on the river, bring plenty of food for lunch both days with loadsa chocolate and hot drinks, also bring plenty of thermals and a complete dry set for sunday, they will be long days on the water, bring throw ropes, and a means of towing if you can. Paddle whatever boat your comfortable with but make sure your confident and able to rescue in it, if unsure in your ability bring a bigger boat.  Well see you all there bright and early

Whats the story with boats, I assume the club trip is taking the trailer so i guess we'll need them on car roofs too

hey guys, we have lifts pretty much sorted for everyone (we think!!!!) just make sure you get you yourself your boat and gear to the boathouse on time, we might have to do some creative ppl shuffling in cars, because eoinor and benny will be there they can take loads of boats and gear but only one person so other drivers will be able to take more bodies....no panicing(is that a word?) please!!!!

Thanks to all involved in organising and training today, it was a savage day on the river. I'm a little bruised, have a few blisters but got wet and am feeling very satisfied. A great day all round then!

Great day out on Saturday (I hope Sunday went as well). Everyone put in a really big effort to get as much out of it as possible, which was great to see.

Remember to always look to where you are turning. Key point for the day with my group I feel.

Check out some photos in the Gallery. Videos coming soon.

Keep the faith folks.
