What to wear if you're a fresher.....

If you've never paddled before and are wondering what you need for the first trip or two well here's a short list....

A swim suit.
one or two fleece tops.
any thermal clothes if you happen to have them.
old runners.
a towel.
If you already own a wet suit for any reason bring it along but if you don't own one then don't worry cos we have'll some for you.

Warm clothes and some sambo's and choccy go down well for afters.

We will provide you with all the kayaking gear that you'll need.

and remember, freshers: absolutely no cotton! when it gets wet, it gets very cold.

smooth, dave. change one of the sundays to a saturday but leave the other.

ok, in case there's any confusion, for the record: I'm an idiot :P

and the trip is on saturday. sunday is a day of rest. or private trips.
