Brand New Dagger Nomad for Sale, still in shop!
« on: January 10, 2007, 05:22:16 »
I am selling a brand new Dagger Nomad 8.1, hasn’t even left the shop yet!

A new Nomad has been delivered to a shop in Ireland for me but “sadly” I am living in New Zealand at the moment ???  It is sitting in the shop waiting to be picked up.  So if your interested in buying it contact me at benny.cullen@gmail.com and I can arrange a pick up for you.

I’ll let it go for E1000 which means your making yourself a nice little saving of around  E200 off the retail price of a new boat :)

The Nomad is considered by many as the ultimate creek boat.  Great at driving lines and punching through the nasty stuff.  You can find pic’s and info on the boat at the dagger site here

http://www.dagger.com/product.asp?BoatType=WWKayak&BoatID=302

And some reviews on the boat here

http://www.boatertalk.com/reviews.php?productid=628

So if you’re thinking of buying a new Dagger Nomad 8.1, save yourself some cash and buy it off me :)

Would agree with Benny on this boat being the ultimate creeker . . . .

if you thinking of heading away over the summer and may have use for this kind of boat, i'd buy now!
the style of paddling in creekers is very different than for playboats and require practice and a few hard lessons ;D better to get that kind off shit out of the way here in ireland.

Just a quick question, both you and tom are how can I say this without insulting you.........are light weights so will this boat suite the smaller paddler in weight and height? Oh Mark try this conversation, Hello Bank, Hello Mark... I want a 1000 euro please, I don't want to start paying back until july. Why certainly Mark allow two working days and you shall have it if you sign this waiver about the cooling off period. Insert your own name in place of marks and so long as you can make repayments your fine.

Ulster bank offer an 800 euro interest free overdraft on all students’ accounts.

Although it is a longer form to open the account then all you have to do is ask.

The boat should be what ever colour they have in store.  Poeple go on about the nomad 8.1 being for small people.  I would turn the argument around and say that the nomad 8.5 is for huge poeple  ;D The stats are on the dagger europe website,  I think they say it suits a paddler up to 80kg.

Simon Westgarth told me that i would be better off in the Nomad 8.5 :o

The nomad is a boat that needs patience to get used to but once you can paddle the boat it is is savage!! I wouldn't run any tough stuff with out it at this stage . . . .

Well spotted Brendino. Tom's new Cork friends won't be happy to allow a commited swimmer join their merry gang I suspect.

I think the main thing to take from this is that tom is a loser and a swimmer. Also Benny's trying to sell something or another?
