Does anybody else feel the sense of impending doom?

Fiscal - South Dublin slang for 'Physical'
Solvency - as in solving a problem.

I think Diarmaid associates going on the committee with compensating for some sort of physical problem.

Diarmaid-let me remind you of the mess you left the accounts in and how this years committee had to come to the rescue.

My accounts are great-i shall not be needing next years treasurer to sift through them for hours to try and get them to balance.

I thought Diarmuid's reign resulted in a profit for the club?

all I did was email you the wrong version, in which I had accidentally sorted the numbers without the descriptions so things got mixed up. the real version was fine. fuzzy said it was too thorough but I don't think so. the more it's full of €1 entries for biscuits, the more you can get away with other stuff in there.

and yes, we did turn a profit. so much so that we had to buy a Duo and new club blades. Good thing the old Duo got wrecked just in time...

I'm just that dedicated to my job guys-lets hope next years treasurer can do the same! Thanks for the vote of confidence Ali and Evan!!

Diarmaid- a good treasurer wouldn't have emailed the wrong version. A good treasurer would have spent loads of money on club booze instead of buying a topo duo that got broken on its maiden voyage and invisible black blades.

by the time I emailed you the accounts I wasn't a good treasurer anymore. I was in my post-committee year of grace, the year when you get to make everything difficult for the committee. the accounts were fine all year long.

and when did you guys break my duo? awwww...
