All rivers now open again (though there was a bit of uncertainty about upper Ubaye)

Cian the rivers are open until 6 every evening and the internet café closes at 6 every evening. Doesn't seem so sweet to me...

but when you are in bed all day catching up on the sleep you missed out on while you were paddling in the french alps the internet is turned on all day.
