The ICU will be running a Level 3 Instructor Assessment on the 22nd of March. We are looking for a group of volunteer novice paddlers for this assessment who would be interested in a free days paddling with some good training. Paddlers should be between Level 2 and Level 3 skills standard, i.e. they should find a day out on the Liffey challenging and fun, and perhaps take a swim or two, but at the same time not be over confident on the Liffey and not be all over the shop swimming at every weir. If you have any of your club members who may interested in coming out please let them know. We will be meeting at the ICU centre on Sunday the 22nd March at 10.00. We can provide all paddling gear if necessary.
