Right try this, hot water in a bowl little bit of vicks in water head under towel, don't drink the water just breath.

Get someone to do a version of the chest slap used by people with CS to loosen up the phelgm.

nebuliser, ask your doctor to put you on a nebuliser but without any antibiotic.

Get a chest x-ray as it might be something else and not bronchitis.
