Does one of the lovely kayaking girls maybe have a spare wetsuit (without holes ) and a pair of neoprean socks I could borrow? I don't think I will survive another Capsize in my sandals (freezing cold).

If you're around at lunch time I have a few bits of gear in the car you can borrow, might have a wetsuit not sure, might have socks also not sure. I'll be at the board around one.

If you swim you'll get cold alright, even if you don't, it's still better to have thermals. All so us wear thermals cause it can get very cold, depending on the weather!!

Bring 2 pairs of old tights if you have them (you have to have some lying around!),
If you have a fleece bring it, but as you saw last week, people will bring spares for anyone who doesn't have any

I have a spare wetsuit, its in with all the club wetsuits as I lent it to someone and they threw it in with all the rest on one of the trips. Need to remember to go find it. There are some grand club wetsuits with no holes if you look through them! although size can sometimes be an issue...
sorry no shoes! get some shitty shoes for a few euro in penneys next time your there maybe

yeah try bring as many thermally things as possible but people will try sort you out...you can never have too many thermals!!
